Jane Wolery is an educator, certified life coach, and former school counselor who has spent over 30 years helping youth and adults across Montana grow through leadership, self-awareness, and resilience.
Her business, Sterling Solutions, LLC, named in honor of her father, reflects her heart for rural communities and her belief that growth and healing can happen “right where you are.”
Jane came to Carbon & Clay ready for a website that would help her serve both coaching clients and speaking audiences while keeping her rural roots front and center.
About the Project
Jane’s project began as a collaborative reimagining of what rural coaching could look like online. Her previous web presence didn’t capture her warmth, humor, or extensive experience—and it didn’t reflect the pride she takes in her agricultural roots.
We set out to create a Squarespace website that blended storytelling and strategy: a digital home that honors her Montana heritage while positioning her as a credible coach and sought-after speaker for rural schools, leadership programs, and wellness initiatives.
