PAYMENTS

You’ll receive an invoice on the same day each month. It will include your agreed-upon retainer fee plus any approved overage from the previous month. (Don’t worry—any extra hours will always be discussed with you ahead of time.)

UNUSED HOURS

Retainer hours do not roll over month to month. This helps me manage my project schedule and ensure I have dedicated time set aside for your design work each month.
